Day 1

 

Podgorica – Skadar Lake – Sveti Stefan – Budva – Boka Bay

 

From Podgorica we start making our way to the south part of the country.

 

First we visit the abandoned fortress town of Zabljak Crnojevica. See one of the most beautiful panoramas of Skadar lake.

 

Leaving the fortress behind we visit the “town on three bridges” – Virpazar, a charming fishing village dating back to the 13th Century. Once the most famous marketplace of the region.

From the lake we make our way to the sea. Passing by Sveti Stefan island and monasteries of the region, then to the old town of Budva and our final destination of the day to Boka bay.
 

Sample some Nomad activities:

 

Take a guided ATV drivespeedboat or boat cruise around Skadar Lake, the largest freshwater lake on the Balkan peninsula and a famous wildlife and bird reserve.

Day 2

 

Boka Bay cruise

 

A full day spent on the sea, relaxing, sailing and swimming.

 

We explore the southernmost fjord in Europe the best possible way on a sailing boat. On the way we stop at the island of Our Lady of the Rocks, see the baroque town of Perast, and pass by mall fishing villages and towns full of history and legends.

Day 3

 

Boka Bay  Speedboat transfer to Kotor  Serpentine road  Njegusi  Cetinje  Lipa Cave

 

In the morning we go to the sea again.

 

We take a speedboat to the old town of Kotor. Enter the time machine and explore the Venetian town, with all its narrow streets, hidden churches and history.

 

Next we take the panoramic Serpentine road up to Njegusi. Enjoy the view on the bay that gets better as we go to the top.

 

Taste some prosciutto and cheese from the area before entering the hearth of Montenegro on a guided excursion in the Lipa Cave.

Cetinje

The Old Royal Capital of Cetinje is the essence of Montenegrin culture, where a picturesque setting coexists alongside museums boasting the history and art.

Lipa Cave

Explore the Heart of Montenegro, the Lipa Cave, a spectacular underground display of calcified mineral formations. 


Njegusi

Serpentine road to the little village of Njegusi and enjoy a panorama of the Boka Bay. Snack on traditional delicacies of prosciutto, cheese and a local digestif, rakija.

Old town Kotor

Stroll through the coastal town of Kotor, with unique Venetian architecture, well-preserved, crisscrossed avenues and stone cobbled squares, churches and palaces.

Our Lady of the Rock

Combine legends with the historical depth of the island of Our Lady of the Rocks, most famous for the legend of Penelope of Montenegro.


Perast

Looking like a chunk of Venice that has floated down the Adriatic and anchored itself onto the Bay of Kotor, Perast hums with melancholy memories of the days when it was rich and powerful. 

Podgorica

Check out the capital Podgorica where you can see the historical Sahat Kula, stroll along the Ribnica River and marvel at the balance between the old and new.


Serpentine road

A winding road that takes 25 hairpin twists and turns from Boka Bay up to the Mount Lovcen that offer breathtaking scenery of the Bay


Sveti Stefan

Sveti Stefan, a beautiful privatised island and iconic feature of the coastline. Enjoy a guided tour of the islandТs polished pathways.
